We design Progression Tooling for a wide variety of industries.

Simulated Progression Strip Layouts are processed and completed timeously for concept approvals. A concept process report is provided together with a movie of the complete stamping process.

Exceptional care is taken eliminating scrap while ensuring the best possible strip layout.

Detailed & toleranced Die Instruction Sheets together with accurately created Solid Models ensure a faultless Manufacturing Process. Most of the skilled Tool making is done on the CAD station, therefore reducing the time consuming and costly Assembly Process.

One or two completed parts/stroke with no or minimal operator input is the ultimate in any High Volume Production environment.
