Tool & Die Design Overview Our State of the art Design Facility covers all aspects of the sheet metal stamping process. CatiaV5 advanced modules are used to create accurate stamping process layouts and solid model designs. Our advanced sofware capabilities and extensive experience makes us the premier supplier of Tool and Die Designers globally. We use Forming Simulation Software to enable us to complete virtual try-outs prior to commencing with the die designs. Simulation results are expertly enterpreted in order to solve any issues. Our customers can therefore accurately review the designs for approval purposes and are therefore ensured of a faultless, robust manufacturing and production process. The solid models we create include all the correct material offsets and can be used directly for CNC & Wire EDM machining purposes. Our Tool & Die Design software offers a variety of mechanical design analysis tools. These tools mainly aid in eliminating any costly clashing or clearance errors but also allow for accurate analyzing of the design during the concept stages. |

Quality We have developed our own in-house documentation to aid in the identification, verification and validation of the various design stages for specifically different projects. The documentation makes for a multidisciplinary approach to ensure that all our customers requirements are achieved. We are also capable of working to our customers specific design checking requirements.
